Return validity period
Customers can apply for return within 7 natural days of purchase from the date they receive the product. After this period, we will not be able to accept your return request.
Return conditions
Make a request within the return validity period.
The filtered kettle must be kept in its original packaging and complete with all accessories, instructions, etc.
The filter kettle must not show signs of human damage or wear.
Return process
1. Within the return validity period, contact Khadajia Coward by sending an email to [email protected] and provide the order number and reason for the return. We will process it for you within 1-2 business days. Please wait patiently for our reply.
2. After successfully applying for return, please use the original packaging to properly package the returned product and send it back together with the completed return label (the return label is in the original packaging).

4. When we sign for receipt, the refund process will begin. The refund amount will be returned to your payment account within 1-2 business days. Refunds do not include the $7 shipping fee on the customer’s first payment. To check the status of your refund, please check your PayPal account.
Return shipping
If you choose to return the product due to quality or transportation issues, we will bear the return shipping costs.
If the customer decides to return the product due to personal reasons, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Exchange freight
If you choose to exchange the product due to quality or transportation problems, we will bear the return shipping fee for the original product and the shipping fee for the new product.
If the product is exchanged due to the customer’s personal reasons, the customer will be responsible for the return freight of the original product and the delivery freight of the new product.
Relisting fee
You don’t have to pay to republish your product.
Refund
